Admission is the easy half. The first month in a country where you cannot read the forms, open a bank account, or ask a landlord a question — that is what we coordinate, with our own team on the ground.
Profile review, programme shortlist and an honest answer about what your results and budget support. If the plan does not hold together, we say so before anyone has paid anything.
Charged once we begin work on your file — document verification, university applications, and preparation of the visa submission.
Due only once your visa is confirmed. Not a percentage of your tuition, and nothing added at embassy stage. Settlement services below carry their own charge, quoted before work begins.
From the moment the plane lands to the day you know your own bus route.
Met at the arrivals gate on the day you land and taken directly to your dormitory, apartment or hotel. No searching for a taxi rank in a language you do not read yet, on the day you are most tired.
For groups up to fifteen. Arranged for arriving cohorts, university orientation trips, or families travelling together. Booked and confirmed by our Korea team, not left to a third-party booking site.
Sixteen passengers and above. Used for institutional groups, delegation visits and cohort arrivals where a single coordinated transfer matters more than individual bookings.

Dormitory placement, one-room apartments, or short-stay hotels while you settle. Korean rental contracts are written in Korean and carry deposit structures that catch out most newcomers — we read them with you before you sign.
A local number on your first or second day. Almost nothing else works without one — bank accounts, delivery apps, university portals and ARC registration all ask for a Korean mobile number first.
Where to buy halal groceries in your city, which restaurants are certified, and which campus canteens have options. Nobody else in this industry thinks to arrange this. For many families it is the first question asked.
Licensed professionals, not advice invented by an agent.
An administrative scrivener handles visa extensions, residency changes and government paperwork. This is a licensed profession in Korea for a reason — we refer you rather than pretending we can do it ourselves.
Referral to a licensed attorney when a matter goes beyond paperwork — a contract dispute, a workplace problem, or anything where you need someone who can represent you formally.
Korean–English or Korean–Bengali interpretation booked by the hour. For hospital appointments, bank visits, immigration offices and anything where getting the detail wrong has consequences.
Longer-term support, once the first month is behind you.
Practical support for settling in a new country — opening a bank account, registering your address, understanding what your visa permits, and finding desk-based work within those limits. We do not place students into jobs; we help you understand the rules and prepare properly.
We stay in touch throughout your studies. If something starts going wrong — attendance, money, accommodation, visa status — we would rather hear it from you early than find out when it has become a formal problem.
